SISTEMA-INSPIRED MUSIC EDUCATION IN EUROPE AND BEYOND Enabling social change through collective music-making

The Association European Mozart Ways is a partner in the EU project SMEEC (Sistema-inspired Music Education and Exchange with Canada) and is responsible for hosting a symposium.

This one-day symposium will be held on 26 February 2015 in Salzburg in cooperation with MICA (Music Information Center Austria / Vienna) and the University Mozarteum Salzburg. Title of the symposium is: SISTEMA-INSPIRED MUSIC EDUCATION IN EUROPE AND BEYOND - ENABLING SOCIAL CHANGE THROUGH COLLECTIVE MUSIC-MAKING.

The platform is online since June and will be presented officially in autumn 2013.

EU project 2011 - 2013

Family Music – A Program to enhance Classical Music Education along the European Mozart Waysis coordinated by the Association European Mozart Ways (EMW), and will be realized within the next two years together with Deutsche Mozart Gesellschaft (DMG, German Mozart Society) and Conservatorio di Musica “Giuseppe Nicolini” (GNC,Conservatory of Piacenza).
